However, we regret to inform you that our current policy does not allow for returns or exchanges without additional charges.
Shipping Charges for Exchanges
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. For such cases, we provide the option of an exchange. However, please note that customers will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred during the exchange process.
Exchange Procedure
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide the necessary instructions. Once you have contacted our customer support, please carefully package the product in its original packaging, along with all accompanying documentation. We highly recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure that the product reaches us in its original condition.
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will thoroughly inspect it to determine if it is eligible for an exchange. If the product is found to be eligible, we will proceed with initiating the exchange process as soon as possible.
